浅谈独立学院多元化人才培养模式

独立学院经过了十多年的发展,逐步走上了正轨,在人才培养模式上也各有千秋。本文以大连理工大学城市学院的多元化人才培养模式为基础,简单介绍了在贯彻因材施教原则上的多方位教学管理的人才培养模式。     

开放式实训基地构建与高技能人才培养模式实施对策

分析目前高职院校生产性实训基地建设的现状与存在的问题,提出以政府教育主管部门为主导、依托产业积聚区内的企业建设职教战线开放型生产性实训基地的设想.以产业积聚区内企业为主体,由政府相关主管部门协调,制定若干扶持政策,凝聚职教战线的力量,建立新型高技能人才培养模式.     

Microfoundations for learning within international joint ventures

IJV research highlights the importance of learning in international joint ventures (IJVs) but has not indicated how to achieve it. We combine organizational learning and internationalization process research within a microfoundations framework to understand learning in IJVs. We study a Samsung–Tesco IJV that successfully learned retail practice from one partner and applied it in a South Korean context known by the other. The managers used many learning processes, not just experiential learning emphasized in international business research, and used many more knowledge sources than assumed in prior research, including the IJV partners’ other subsidiaries. To build absorptive capacity, IJVs need appropriate microfoundations at individual, process and structural levels, and coherent interlinkages between them, especially by having IJV managers’ with extensive experience and orientation to learn who are given structural and process autonomy to invest in learning.     

How long will the marriage of Sino-Foreign JVs in China last? A theoretical and empirical investigation

This paper studies the factors affecting the longevity of international joint ventures (IJVs) in China and investigates the strategic interactions of the players in an IJV (foreign parent, local parent and IJV management) by adopting game theory and using empirical analysis based on national perceptions of time horizons. The theoretical part shows equilibria for the games played by the parents. The empirical evidence, based on a sample of Chinese-US and EU IJVs, as well as Chinese-Japanese and South Korean IJVs, is consistent with the propositions derived from our theoretical models. Our empirical findings show that the longevity of an IJV is affected by senior management control. Access to local knowledge is also a crucial factor affecting longevity. Furthermore, the degree of long-term orientation (LTO) of the parents influences the longevity of Sino-Foreign IJVs. The contributions made by both foreign and local parent firms are also found to influence the longevity.     

Designing software for operational decision support through coloured Petri nets

Operational support provides, during the execution of a business process, replies to questions such as ‘how do I end the execution of the process in the cheapest way?’ and ‘is my execution compliant with some expected behaviour?’ These questions may be asked several times during a single execution and, to answer them, dedicated software components (the so-called operational support providers) need to be invoked. Therefore, an infrastructure is needed to handle multiple providers, maintain data between queries about the same execution and discard information when it is no longer needed. In this paper, we use coloured Petri nets (CPNs) to model and analyse software implementing such an infrastructure. This analysis is needed to clarify the requirements before implementation and to guarantee that the resulting software is correct. To this aim, we present techniques to represent and analyse state spaces with 250 million states on a normal PC. We show how the specified requirements have been implemented as a plug-in of the process mining tool ProM and how the operational support in ProM can be used in combination with an existing operational support provider.     

冷链品配送系统双目标优化研究——基于多温共配的比较研究

本文在传统配送模型基础上，以蓄冷式多温共配与机械式多温共配模式为研究对象，综合考虑配送系统中的车辆成本、配送中心运行成本、保鲜制冷、保温箱等相关费用，建立成本最小化与客户满意最大化双目标函数，并设计优化配送的 NSGA - 算法。最后，本文通过实际算例对两种模式的有效性进行验证，对不同模式产生的系统成本以及客户满意度进行对比分析，从而论证了蓄冷式多温共配模式的理论支持性与实践支撑性。

创新型人才成长环境对于吸引和培育创新型人才、实施创新驱动战略具有重要作用.在系统论视角下,分析了指标体系要素构成,枸建了包含5个二级指标、17个三级指标的评价指标体系,运用层次分析法赋予权重,对陕西省创新型人才成长环境建设进行评价,并提出5项改进建议.

随着我国经济和社会的发展,对商科人才应用写作能力的要求越来越高。因此,《应用写作》课必须科学定位,改革教学内容、方法及考核方式,加强师资培养,有效提升学生应用写作能力和素养,以适应社会经济发展需要。
